Description Maurits Rijk 2002-09-04 13:44:58 UTC
In Gfig the icons on the left (Line, Circle, etc.) contain text. This text
isn't very readable and more importantly makes it impossible to translate
them to other languages. I think this text should be removed from the
icons. The icons could also need some attention from a graphics artist :)

I didn't file this as an enhancement report since I think that not having
the possibility to translate this stuff is really a (minor) bug.

Confirming this bug report, even if the best solution would be to
re-write Gfig from scratch and to implement a decent vectors tool
(see also bug #6893).

I have committed the framework for proper PNG stock icons to CVS. Now
we need an artist to draw new (and better) ones.
