Description Mark Finlay 2002-08-11 00:10:47 UTC
Using the rc1 of 2.0.1 dnd works well is double click mode but
in single click mode.

In single click mode one has to click on a file(and therefore open
it) or rightclick on it before drag and drop will work.

Also if one drags a file after highlighting it and then presses exit
to cancel the opperation, the file will be opened.

I can't duplicate this in 2.0.4 (the Nautilus included in GNOME
2.0.1). Are you still having the problem with newer versions?
Comment 2 John Fleck 2002-09-15 23:12:41 UTC
Also can't duplicate in 2.0.7 (just upgraded).
Comment 3 Mark Finlay 2002-09-18 20:24:49 UTC
Sorry, this is only in list view
Can still reproduce
Comment 4 Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2002-11-03 11:40:39 UTC
this is really annoying and makes using the list view pretty
impossible for me. Raising prioirty to high and targeting for 2.2, (i
hope this is appropriate, I guess since I use single click mode i'm
biased.)
