The credits window (Thanks pane) seems to display its text Latin 1 encoded.
However, with your typical UTF-8 encoded .po file, the headings ("Pan %s
translations") etc. are displayed incorrectly if they contain non-ASCII
characters. Solution: UTF-8 encode the credits in dialog-about.c and make
the window display a sane encoding, i.e. UTF-8.
