Description Steve Fox 2002-07-31 15:08:00 UTC
I think this is a symptom of being a Pan user for a while without wiping my
.pan directory. Older versions of Pan allowed you to customize your
Follow-up header so mine is like this:

In article <ai8tln$vqf$1@w3pilot1b.pok.ibm.com>, "Steve Fox"
<drfickle@us.ibm.com> squiggled:

This is beyond 80 characters so it should be wrapped, but it isn't
automagically when I click follow-up. Having to re-wrap every follow-up
becomes tiresome of course.

A clean .pan directory yields headers such as:

which probably doesn't need wrapping too often.

For myself, I'll just hack my config file, but adding wrapping to the
Follow-up header would be cool anyways.

Thanks.

I'll have a look at wrapping the attribution line (that's what that
is called) when I get a chance.

BTW: you can still change the attribution line in 0.12.92. Go to
Tools -> Posting profiles and edit your profile.
