GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 89455
Long startup time due large cache
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
If the cache of Pan is huge, starting up takes ages because of all cached messages are XSed. Idea is to start up without checking the cache and do this in the background. Later on, the headers file should get a flag to file if an article is cached or not.
I like this idea.
