Description sashajon 2002-07-20 03:22:06 UTC
If I try to download a body for an obsolete header it crashes. The message in
.xsession-errors is

** (pan:1042): WARNING **: Getting article
"<1025067000.33720@drone4.qsi.net.nz>" body failed: 423 No Such Article In
Group

By obsolete I mean a header that's listed on my machine, but who's body is no
longer on the server. On older Pan's (I was using 0.11.3) there was no crash
- just the cute little red X next to the header in the pane.

Note: I also observed that Pan is retaining very old headers. I'm writing
this on July 19, and there are headers in Pan for this group dating back to
June 25. My news server holds posts only for a few days.
