When selecting things to download, try to add to the FRONT of the task
manager queue (as opposed to the default back of the queue). It doesn't
work, tasks just go straight to the back of the queue. 

This was present in the last version I used too (0.12.0), but as I was
always on the verge of upgrading to the latest & greatest I thought I'd
wait till I upgraded..
