The "Use accounting labels" preference has no effect in GnuCash CVS.  It
works in 1.6.  When set, the result I expect is the registers, etc. to
always use just "Debit" and "Credit" instead of all the different informal
(and confusing) synonyms.

I don't use any locale environment variables, so I suppose I am using the
"C" locale -- just in case this has anything to do with recent translation
work.
