Whenever I try to post a reply, I get a duplicate Message Id error. This is
the output on the console.

Let me add that when I go back to the newsgroup and click on the
message that I replied to, it shows my response. But when I go to
google, my reply never shows up. Maybe a caching thing?

Looks like follow-ups are picking up the original's
message-id for some reason.  Probably a bug in m-w.c
