On some of the included reports (at least "Expense Piechart", "Expense
Barchart", "Income Piechart" and "Income Barchart"), account names with a
non ASCII character are displayed without that character.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new file.
2. Create the "Common Accounts" in the wizard.
3. Add a expense account named "Expénsés" (note the accents)
4. Make a transaction using the new account (i.e. transfer $10 from "cash
in  wallet" to "Expénsés").
5. Select Reports/Income & Expense/Expense Barchart.

Result: The newly created account appears as "Expnss".
Expected Result: The account should appear as "Expenses".

The problem seems to appear regardless of the locale currently selected.

I'm using gnucash 1.6.6 as packaged for Debian Woody.
