Description Christophe Lambin 2002-04-21 07:51:51 UTC
g_convert() is unable to convert the message, so Pan displays a blank
message. We may want to display the unconverted message when this happens ?

Fixed in CVS: if the Article lies about its charset,
Pan falls back to the group's default charset.
This works for me for the two groups you provided.
