1. gtk_toolbar not support homogeneous property yet.
2. one item has wide label.
3. whole item has widen.
4. the task manager is twice wide to screen.

I suppose we can avoid this problem by not having labels under these
icons:  the icons are pretty self-explanatory and have tooltips as well.
