Port to Meson

This version passes macro definitions to the compiler directly and gets rid of config.h, which doesn’t see a lot of use, anyway.

Hi,

Please don't remove autotools support at the same time as adding meson support.

Mixing the two can cause a few problems for things like gnome-build-meta, especially since mousetweaks is a core part of GNOME.

Could you propose a gitlab merge request and close this bug report?

I didn't review your patch, but when I looked at it briefly, I noticed your renamed po/POTFILES.in to po/POTFILES. I don't think that's correct.
Comment 4 André Klapper 2021-06-05 16:31:58 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mousetweaks/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
