Description Allan Day 2016-12-09 16:22:22 UTC
Notifications should always have a description. If they don't, they can look a bit awkward. Also, a description is a great way to add a bit more information and context.

In the case of "<application> has been installed", something like "Application is ready to be used." would be a good description.
