Description Mamatha 2002-03-31 11:52:49 UTC
Apply button is not disabled after clicking once.

1.Right click on the panel. 'Add to Panel->'Amusements'->'wanda'
2.Fish applet starts up successfully
3.Right click on the Fish applet and select 'Properties '
option.The 'Fish' window pops up
4.Change something in any of the comboBox or edit box , the 'Apply' button
is enabled .Click on the 'Apply' button .
Comment 1 Mark McLoughlin 2002-04-02 14:20:28 UTC
Well the real problem is that it is not an instant apply properties
dialog
Comment 2 Luis Villa 2002-04-09 17:41:57 UTC
Yah. adding keywords. How anything thinks this is high, though, is
beyond me- they clearly haven't read /anyone's/ bug guidelines. [Sorry
to be harsh, Mamata.] Would still be nice to get fixed, though, for
greater HIG compatibility.
Comment 3 Mamatha 2002-04-10 04:09:34 UTC
Louie: Of late, Wipro team is not touching any of the bug priorities.
And so is the case with this bug too. I have not changed the priority
of this bug.
Comment 4 Luis Villa 2002-04-13 03:33:59 UTC
My apologies, Mamata. The maintainer, of course, can use whatever
priorities they want, even if I think they're nuts ;)
Comment 5 Mark McLoughlin 2002-07-09 00:54:13 UTC
This won't get done for 2.0.1, and we won't be able to make the ui
change until 2.2.x after that.
Comment 6 Vincent Untz 2002-11-06 23:24:50 UTC
Adding some keywords and highing the priority because it has to be
done before the UI freeze (end november, IIRC).
Comment 7 Luis Villa 2002-11-07 19:44:16 UTC
Apologies for the spam- I'm removing 'bugsquad' from some keywords via the web
interface. This is a one-time only thing before I re-add bugsquad via the SQL
interface, which will generate no mail. Apologies again.

        * fish.c: make the prefs dialog instant
apply, fixing #77044. In the process,
substantially clean up this applet. Gladify
the dialog, make it handle gconf key changes,
derive from PanelApplet, respect the widget
        size allocation and more ...
Comment 10 Jeff Waugh 2002-12-08 22:48:01 UTC
Mark, I'd just like to mention that you rock my world. Yea verily,
history will look upon this day with fond eyes and strength of heart!

:-)

Except that it doesn't build for me because of the Makefile.am changes?
