The privacy policy window for Mozilla location services contains links that you can navigate to. You can browse all around the site, and even to other websites (I managed to get to the Google Play store).

Once you have browsed somewhere there isn't always a way to return to the privacy policy page.

It would be better if the window only displayed the privacy policy, with no way to view other pages.

I believe the authentication pop up window used by gnome-online-accounts restricts visiting other webpages, so maybe ask one of those developers for help here. Note that gnome-control-center's Privacy panel does about the same thing.
