A few issues with the current time zone UI:

 * The string indicating the current location is mixed in with the more generic instruction.
 * It says "we think", which sounds rather vague.
 * The search button looks like a bit of an afterthought, and it's extra work for the user to have to press the button.

It would be better to show a permanent search bar, and to keep the instructions for the user static and separate from the location indication. Some mockups for this:
