Description:
I'm in ko locale, EUC-KR charset.
the location entry stick to XIM well for input, but do not go to the
location of euc-kr name. nautilus alert: there's no folder of the name.
and if I get into the folder of euc-kr name, location entry string is
broken.
it may utf8:euc-kr problem.
