When configuring the server parameters (Preferences, Server - News, Misc,
Idle Seconds Before Timeout), direct entry of a number is allowed, but does
not un-grayout the "Ok" button.  Instead, you have to click on one of the
up or down arrows to the right to trigger the ability to complete.
