Description PBS 2013-09-12 19:20:25 UTC
Overview:
When using the scroll wheel to change the owner of a file in the combo box, the selected owner behaves oddly - e.g. flickers or changes to another user.

Steps to Reproduce:
Scroll up one item then scroll down by one item.
    Expected: no owner change
Actual : flickers and changes owner

Scroll all the way from top to bottom.
    Expected: normal behaviour
Actual : the owner sometimes returns to a previous value

I release that this is trivial, but I already fixed this while working on another bug and did not want to fix many unrelated things in one patch.

This bug is closed as FIXED, but I don't see any commit in git related to this bug. Was it closed by mistake?
Comment 4 PBS 2013-09-13 21:56:55 UTC
Yes, re-opened.

thanks for the patch and sorry for late review.
The patch looks mostly good, but doesn't apply to master, mind updating it?
Should be a matter of a few lines.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version of Files (nautilus), then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
