Proposed patch improving code coverage of capsfilter check tests.

This patch is not related to any problem, but is more to see if you like check test code coverage improvements like this.

The tests themselves are trivial. If this one is desirable merge it and let me know and I might focus more on improving coverage of elements that I use.
