Description Calum Benson 2002-02-04 16:23:18 UTC
A few usability issues with the Run Program dialog:

- The list control should have a separate text label, rather than column
header... then the label can have access key (E.g. _Applications)

- "Advanced..." button should not have ellipses as it does not open another
dialog that requires input. It should either be labelled "Advanced >>"
(and probably change to "Advanced <<" when the Advanced section is open),
or be replaced with a disclosure triangle.

- It's actually quite disorientating that the 'advanced' panel opens 'up
the way' rather than extending the dialog downwards-- it took me a couple
of tries before I could even see what had happened when I pressed the
button.

- "Advanced" button, "Run in terminal" require an access keys. (So does
"Browse", but I guess that's GNOMEFileSelector's problem).

- "Execute" button should be re-labelled "_Run", partly because it's the
"Run Program" dialog, and partly because 'execute' is one of those violent
words frowned upon by the styleguide :)
