The GNOME Desktop Accessibility Guide [1] is an outdated document from the GNOME 2.x days. According to Shaun McCance [2], the GNOME Desktop Accessibility Guide no longer exists in git. 

I think it is good to link its url [1] to the page with the equivalent information for GNOME 3, the Universal Access help page[3]. This way we don't break the links of external and g-o pages that reference this page.
