In menu Edit -> Profiles I cannot type char " (ASCII 34) to field Full User
Name.It discomfort peoples who want to give their name with nickame, e. g.
Pepa "Vytlemek" Tlemkin...

I don't have any trouble typing in the " character.  What does Pan do
when you type it; does it just not appear, or...?

A char " can be typed in the field and can be stored into Pan's
configuration. Then if i post to newsgroup i got error messages:

"Must have one author in From: line" - if one " or odd number of " was
entered in Full User Name string or message "invalid address" if there
is two  " chars or even number of it.
