a patch for this bug

The attached patch removes markup in translatable messages.
It's for the GNOME Goal of RemoveMarkupInMessages [1].
Please review it.

But doesn't that change makes the entire string bold, instead of just the first part?

Hi André,

Thank you for the review.
You're right. The patch has the problem.
I'm not sure how to fix them. Should we leave them as they are?
Do you have any advice for that?

I think this will become a WONTFIX/CANTFIX as the only alternative I see right now would be to split each of the labels into two. That however would likely break (automatic) RTL support.
