Fix Desktop file

This is Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/641022

In order to comply with FreeDesktop spec, the "Name" field of the Desktop file should be only "GnuCash" and there should be a "GenericName" field with "Finance Management".

Fixing this is part of a GNOME goal: http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/CorrectDesktopFiles

Also, a "X-GNOME-FullName" field should be added to contain the full name "GnuCash Finance Management".

The attached patch fixes this.

Thank you for your report and patch. I have applied it in r21488 (development branch) and r21489 (stable branch) so it will appear in the next release.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
