Description Jorge Salinas 2001-11-27 16:51:42 UTC
I'm not sure if this is a bug or what, but, when i have a link in a
message, pan display it like a normal text (blue colored)...and that's
weird..i think it should , for instance, display an underline, or change
the font, or display the link as a link...like any other software...

thanks and sorry about my english

Pan doesn't underline URLs in the text display because the gtktext
widget is incapable of doing underlines. The gtk team has turned down
an underline patch for the gtktext widget in the past, citing that
gtk2 will replace gtktext anyway.

When gtk2 is released in a couple of months, then Pan will upgrade to
gtk2 and then nicer highlighting of URLs will be possible. I'm
marking this bug as assigned to serve as a reminder.

Links are now underlined in CVS. Requires gtk+ 2.0
