Description Alex Barnes 2001-11-12 03:42:07 UTC
I need an about:galeon easter egg. The about:mozilla one works, but
doesn't portray how great a job you guys have done making a usable Linux
browser.

If this is a galeon:

then, here's my idea:

going to about:galeon brings up a picture of a Spanish galleon sailing in
shark infested waters (look closely and the sharks are made from little
letter 'e's). Clicking on the ship makes the cool animation happen: the
ship turns its broadside to the sharks, rolls out its cannons and blasts
them away. Alternatively, the bad-guy could be a pirate ship with the name
"Internet Exploiter"... you get the idea.

Too bad I'm not an artist, or I'd attach .png and .mng files for this...
