Description Morten Welinder 2011-01-06 14:38:52 UTC
1. Format A1 as "text".
2. Enter =IF into it.

--> Observe error, expected simple text in cell.

We also show formula tooltip for this, ie., we are currently consistent.
That should also be prevented when we no longer intend to parse the
expression.

Note: Excel gets it wrong: it enters as text [good] but shows tooltips
[bad].
