Description Andreas J. Guelzow 2010-11-30 18:46:51 UTC
new gnumeric
format A1 with custom format: "pre" @ "post"
enter x into A1
A1 shows "pre x post"
save as ODF

the created ODF file fails to contain a data styles representing the data style of cell A1.
Comment 1 Andreas J. Guelzow 2010-11-30 19:54:51 UTC
This seems to be an issue in or below go_format_output_to_odf.
Comment 2 Andreas J. Guelzow 2010-11-30 20:05:35 UTC
It turns out that we don't even get to go_format_output_to_odf, but if we were to get there then go_format_output_to_odf doesn't write the correct format anyways.
Comment 3 Andreas J. Guelzow 2010-11-30 21:53:47 UTC
The goffice part of writing the format to ODF has been fixed.

What is left:
(a) to correctly write the string content
(b) to correctly read the format

These are Gnumeric issues.
Comment 4 Andreas J. Guelzow 2010-11-30 22:49:50 UTC
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
