Statistics->TwoSampleTests->TwoMedians->SignTest
type "name" into the first input range, keeping the first input range focussed.
now no range selection is possible.

Since that input range only permits a single range, tehre is no reason why this would be blocked.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
