Should we deprecate gtk_set_locale()? It won't be needed
any more in almost any case; however, having a placeholder
for the stuff that you want to do when changing the locale
on the fly might be useful. (I know of one program - the
Red Hat installer - that currently does this with the
most atrocious hacks.)
