There are gdk_font_load() in gnumeric sources, so it cannot make fontset
and causes problem in multibyte environment.

And you should let translators choose the appropriate fontname for their
language.

Patch is available.

Good idea, it is not terribly relevant in the style case because that was only
being done in a failure case, but the stf definitely needed improvement.  I've
applied your patch and included some comments to the translators so that they
know how to translate 'fixed'
