GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 60881
Scrollbars missing again
Last modified: 2009-08-15 18:40:50 UTC
I just upgraded from galeon 0.12 to 0.12.1 and mozilla to 0.9.4. Scrollbars are missing again. I tried removing both .mozilla and .galeon dirs and rerunning. Still no scroll bars this time. I also tried killing GConf, but to no avail. See bug 59754 for the previous report.
peaople are reporting such occurencies but they are always fixable by removing .mozilla .galeon/mozilla and eventualy, if that doesnt help, removing the mozilla and galeon installs(rpms) and reinstalling again could you try, please?
and one more thing it appears it might have something to do with the mozilla package you are using please try with diffferent patchlevels of the 0.9.4 rpm
Uninstall and reinstall of the mozilla and galeon rpms gave me the scroll bars back again. Is there any other debugging info that would help in nailing this problem?
not that i know of actually the reinstall suggestion came from the official rpm maintainer for mozilla without any further info so i dont really know what might be the problem thanks for tracking this with us
