tests using async reading with converter filter

When using a filter for example the converter filter or the utf8 validator the program crashes. I attach a test program (It sucks a bit but should serve for testing)

Stacktrace (I get all the time this):
  • #2437 async_ready_callback_wrapper
    at ginputstream.c line 471

valgrind:
==31190== Stack overflow in thread 1: can't grow stack to 0x7fe601ff8
