It being available in -good makes people think that the code should be enabled. Remove it, it's confusing and it's already in -bad.

    ladspa: Remove the sources from gst-plugins-good
    
    It's disabled anyway and the latest version of it is in
    gst-plugins-bad. Fixes bug #603779.
