gnumeric 1.9.15 goffice 0.7.15  --without-gconf

preference setting can be written to ~/.gnumericrc but
these values were not used by gnumeric during startup.
All preference are taken from program's default.

Plugin active cannot be set.

It worked in gnumeric 1.9.9 goffice 0.7.8 --without-gconf

gnumeric 1.9.10 to 1.9.14 not tested.
