Attached 10kHz_0dBfs_L+R_aacPlus_32.aac getting detected as mpegversion=2 file
instead of mpegversion=4

The first ADTS header sequence is:
FF F9 5C 80
(and subsequent ones also start with FF F9).

According to ADTS specs, this means it is mpegversion = 2.
