Make gstreamer-0.10.25, gst-plugins-base-0.10.25, and gst-python-0.10.17.  The make completes.  Run

python -c "import gst"
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Element'

This problem occurs on Ubuntu 9.04.

Updating: This does not happen here with current git (I remember this fail some time on the past), should be fixed in the upcoming release.
