In the Passwords tab I can lock a keyring, but after clicking on it again the
menu item Lock is still active and Unlock inactive. I have to switch tabs to
have correctly Unlock active and Lock inactive. The same applies for unlocking
the keyring. Please see attached example video.

Thanks for the clear description. Committed a fix. The fix will be present in 2.27.93 and later versions.
