patch

With the new gnome menu-images setting, the 'Status' menu on the statusicon no
longer shows the presence icons. Since these icons are consistently used to
identify presence elsewhere throughout the ui, it would be good to show them
here in the menus too, regardless of the menu-images setting.

The patch also removes the edit icon from the 'Customize option in the presence
combobox, since it is somewhat confusing next to all the presence icons.

The status submenu in the notfification area has already been handled in bug 591247 and the presence chooser is already bug 592443.

As that last one is still open I am marking it as a duplicate, to be discussed over there.
