Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy an object from any application (other than Dia) into the clipboard.
2. Create a drawing in Dia.
3. Create a new PowerPoint document.
4. In Dia, select all, then CTRL+C
5. In PowerPoint, CTRL+V

Expected Result:
Objects in Dia are copied to the PowerPoint document.

Actual Result:
The object copied into the clipboard at Step 1 appears in the PowerPoint document, not the Dia objects.
