ICQ contacts currently show the away icon for "occupied". IMHO the busy icon would match occupied much better.

How I tested: I had my own ICQ number added to my contact list. Setting state to busy ended up with "occupied" in ICQ (correct) but shows the away icon (wrong).

(Not sure if this is a bug in telepathy-haze)
