Currently, language coordinators can not set their teams web page/mailing list address. I think this is something they should be able to do - it's their team, after all.

    Add form to edit team's details by coordinator (Fixes #592529)

The coordinator can now click on an edit icon just beside the "Details" title on his team's page.
