After drag and drop a new icon-theme into gnome-control-center the upcomming
popup (apply new theme yes or no)..

I attached an screenshot of it (it's in german), but i hope you know what i
mean.

Issue in de.po --> L10N product. Nothing the g-c-c developers can do here... :)
Still valid in current master.
