There is no way to import adress book from server or from file if you are using Gadu-Gadu

This is important bug because without import adress book Empathy is useless for Polish users.

Does this work with Pidgin? Does it automatically import your addressbook from the server?

From what I remember, you need to choose import from file or server after successful connection. Nothing happens automagically.

I think they repaired this and now after first connection pidgin import contacts automatically
