Description Rich 2009-08-09 18:35:06 UTC
Minor UI annoyance:

Why is the song progress bar so big, and why does the Search bar cut into the browse screen? These could easily be moved onto the same line to remove some of the wasted space.

If somebody agrees, I will write the patch for this.

Also, there is no padding below the search bar currently. This is bad form, doesn't meet style guidelines.

I think your layout looks better. More because of better symmetry than the reclaimed space.

Bug 591011 also ponders wasted space.
Comment 3 Rich 2010-01-17 21:07:32 UTC
Any progress? At least thoughts? There is a lot of downstream discussion on Ubuntu about this. The RBox chrome really needs some luvin'.
Comment 4 Jonathan Matthew 2010-04-12 20:36:14 UTC
I'm not going to do this.
