Please describe the problem:
The xrandr plugin fails to load in 2.27.3 with the following error:

"** (gnome-settings-daemon:4379): WARNING **: /usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon-2.0/libxrandr.so: undefined symbol: gnome_rr_screen_get_timestamps"

This symbol currently only exists in the GIT version of gnome-desktop (not in the latest 2.26.2 version tarball), and gnome-settings-daemon currently only depends on 2.25.6. When a tarball of gnome-desktop is released with this new symbol, the minimum version requirement in gnome-settings-daemon should be adjusted in configure.in
