Some teams (at least the Catalan team) wants to use the comments section in [1] not just to send small comments but instead for discussing and commenting reviews and translations.

Since the <textarea> is only 10x40 it doesn't help at all. Also the maximum length should be higher (say 5000 characters).

Fixed. Now it's wider, it grows automatically when you insert content and limit is 5000 chars.
