Sometimes (not always) when I move a folder to the desktop it is not shown until I click on the desktop and hit F5 to refresh it. Compiz is disabled. I have attached a video demonstration of the bug.

See that folder moved to desktop is not shown until I click on the desktop and hit F5 (I have done it every time in the video before the folder became again visible).

Kamil, have you experienced this problem lately? Could you try nautilus 2.30 to check if the problem still exists?

No, I haven't seen this problem lately. Using Nautilus 2.30.1. Marking as fixed.
